Depression:
Depression
is an illness and can
be successfully treated!
People who deal with
depression are suffering
tremendously on the
inside. Sadness is
a "normal" feeling.
Hopelessness, worthlessness,
lack of pleasure or
feeling like a "bad" person
are not, this is depression.
If you are experiencing
depression, you have
been navigating the
world in a way that
is not reflective of
your true self. This
is not your fault,
and there are good
reasons why you have
learned to do this.
Through your process
in therapy, you will
learn how to tune into
your highest self.
This will facilitate
your ability to manage
and ultimately heal
your depression so
you can live the life
you were meant to live. |
